Such a bad company to work for buses break down air is always hot they don't even really fix them n management treats you shity stay away from this company

I am not happy with this company right now. My child’s school has a contract with this company and my child can’t even ride the bus because of a waitlist. A waitlist??? Why is there a waitlist for children to get picked up and driven to school? This is ridiculous. No one responds to the emails, no one ever answers the phone. I finally got a callback today after trying to contact someone, only for them to tell me that my child is on the waitlist. Very unprofessional. I will be taking this a step further.
