We started with them and invested a lot of time training our team on their system, only to face an unreasonable renewal price hike from $27K to $43K. Their system has ongoing issues they cannot resolve. We have raised concerns, they simply opened tickets and told us the “development team” would look into it — but nothing ever got fixed. We as a company were looking for a new TMS System. Our sales Rep completely over promised on this software and exaggerated the abilities of it. This is not a modern software, there are many more options available that are much much more modern, easy to use and with great teams and customer service. Do not make the mistake we did and trust them, or their promises. The system is not modern, is outdated and a century behind other systems on the market now.
