I took my vehicle in for warranty work on the transmission because it was having issues only a few months after they rebuilt it. It has now been 5 weeks (today is 9-18-2018) and I still don’t have my car back and can’t get a response on the phone anymore. This is the 2nd time I’ve taken it back to them for warranty work. Both times have resulted in a month or longer without my car.
Did a great job on my Ford Explorer. Its transmission was rebuilt in a very quick timely fashion.
I had my 2006 Acura serviced after the transmission blew. The went over and beyond with repairs, letting me know every step they were taking, and just making sure that they were doing the absolute best job to get it all fixed up. Would definitely be my first spot to go for repairs. ��
