Both the customer service team and the installers were super kind. I enjoyed talking with everyone and they did a fantastic job at a great price point. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Transparent Window and Glass company defrauded me and my wife out of $2400. We have been chasing them for about 19 months. They are scam artists, take your deposit and then nothing but broken promises. The women who represent, I believe, is using a false name. They say they are based in Oak Park, but not true. Amazing team of professionals! We got new windows in two rooms and could not be happier with the work. The team was punctual and very hard-working Highly recommened!
Had issues with a house window. Called and spoke to their tech Vince and he was able to accommodate me and help me with same day service repair. Vince and Adrian are true professionals in their craft. Will use there services again when need. Clean,fast,efficient, & professional.
