Staff was professional and friendly. The process of getting a replacement battery thats under warranty is wonky. I had to give them the bad battery, fill out the warranty paperwork, show proof that I purchased another battery from someone else and show THAT receipt, now I have to wait up to 90 days for a refund which will be issued with a check by mail. It's 2026 and we're still not issuing in store credit and charging my refund back to my credit card...

Absolutely terrible business and garage! This Volvo dealer has no idea what they’re doing! If you want your truck held up for a week and your repairs to be done incorrectly then this is the place you wanna go! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HAVE YOUR REPAIRS DONE ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
