Jeff Welch and Richard are bad bussinesmen!! Do not buy used trucks from them, they sell bad trucks. (AS IS) does not mean they should delibaretly sell you a Lemon!! I bought my 1st semi from jeff, and that was the worst desicion of my life. Been doing work to the truck since I had it, constantly having to change jobs because the truck does not last.
