I’ve used Mark Leingang at TransOlympic on a few different occasions and I think the only reason I’ve continued to do so is for the hope that he’d become better with time. However it has been the complete opposite and he’s developed more consistent excuses and reasons that he’s unable to be punctual or follow direction.
