Transnation has always been great to work with. They go above and beyond. I have done several closing with them and they have all gone very smoothly. Andy & staff are great to work with.
Proceed with caution! The City Assessor's Office never received two tax forms that were essential to my ownership and residence. These forms were filled out at closing and were supposed to be mailed by Transnation. When I contacted the branch manager, I was informed that they could not provide any proof that the forms were sent out or mailed to the proper address. At the end of the day, I paid for a service that I did not receive and I have a hard time believing that proof is not standard. They make you sign an agreement tha... read more
