Well my post was deleted. I was describing my time with Transmission Plus and how my money was used and nothing was fixed on my car. $3500 to fix my transmission and it still doesn't work. Had it for 3 months before we took it back and decided not to give them more money. The "Manager" was trying to sell us a salvaged part that he said he got from a supplier but we caught him in a recorded lie. Don't use this shop unless you want your vehicle to remain broken. absolutely devastated by my experience with this company! Do not give them the chance to work on your vehicle. Was very professional at first and sucked me in but after all was said and done, $3500 later, and 3 months my vehicle is still not running. They refused to fix the problem for free and make it right. Bottom line they only care about lining their pockets and not the customer or making their mistakes right!
I have received honest & friendly service as well as excellent & trustworthy work to my vehicle. I recommend Transmissions Plus to anyone in need of auto repair.
