I had called several shops looking for someone to repair a known problem with my transmission. They all told me I had to have a rebuild (over the phone), even though I had researched the problem and knew it was a minor fix. I called Transmission Warehouse and talked to J.J. and he knew immediately what the issue was and quoted me a fair price.
