I reached out for help with a problem on my 2022 Hybrid Hyundai Tucson. After discussing the issue I was having with my truck you were amazing pushing me to go to Hyundai direct. The reason you advised was I had existing manufacturer warranty on my used truck. Based on your information I had to fight with my after market warranty to get to a dealer. I had harsh shifting on my 2009 Vw Rabbit S and had no idea of the cause.I looked up reviews on Transmission Technologies and they were all excellent so i took my car in and right away,Carlos explained that it was probably due to a wireing harness issue to the speed sensor.I booked an appointment and within a few hours Jay called me and said the car was fixed and that it was a broken wire in the harness.My god,i was relieved.The repair was only a short few hundred dollars and i was back on the road.Not only do these guys kno... read more
