Our car broke down in the middle of a traffic jam in front MSP Terminal 1 late in the day. Luckily, the tow truck took us to TSI. The friendly staff got to our car the next day. The problem was diagnosed promptly and correctly. Parts had to be ordered, so we had to wait over a weekend, but we were kept well informed throughout the process. They provided a free loaner car which was a life saver, as we were 37 miles from home. Perfectly done. Reasonably priced.

Had to replace my 2013 Ford focus transmission, after suddenly half the transmission failed, and did the regular 100k maintenance since I might as well since I was 4k miles away anyway. The service was great, speed was honestly astounding. My family had done many transmission repairs and when I told them that is was expected to be done Wednesday they were astonished, since it was diagnosed on friday. I was helped thoroughly and I believe I wasn’t ripped off. Very rare I go to a mechanic shop of any kind and feel like they actually want to help. I’d specifically like to mention Roger for his patients and kindness he showed me. I will be returning.
