I love Dr. Caldwell and her team! I went to her office because my daughter has POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). She listened to my questions and gave me very thoughtful answers. Very informative and her team knows what they are doing!
The best team! Dr Caldwell is very knowledgeable and by far the best functional medicine doctor in the area!
Beware that once you pay your deposit, it is nonrefundable. I found this policy extremely frustrating, especially since I provided more than two weeks’ notice to cancel my appointment. Keeping a patient’s deposit when no services were rendered feels unprofessional and unfair. This experience gave me the impression that profit takes precedence over patient care, and it left me with no desire to seek treatment from this facility.
Dr Caldwell has changed the way I am aging. She has listened to my concerns and actually explained what is happening. She is proactive in dealing with my health. She is the best!
