I have a civic hybrid and when i found out honda doesnt repair their transmissions and only replaces them i was in a bind. Called Transmatic and they repaired my vehicle in no time and saved some major cash. They are very professional! They just got a new long time customer.

Being a single mom its hard to find an automotive repair shop that I can trust to fix my car honestly. I was actually referred to Transmatic from a specialty shop who said he was honest. So I tried them out. Not only did they know how to fix my car, they also explained it to me so I would understand what was going on with it. They even took me to see the problem with my own eyes. My GMC Denali was leaking fluid and had an obnoxious rattle underneath, somewhere. Ken not only found my leak problem, a completely messed up water pump, but he found my rattle. My husband said it was all in my head. HA! Anyway, fast, same day repair, affordable, and done right. Thank goodness. I shuttle 4 kids around and need reliable repair. Thanks, Ken.

I learned about Ken's Transmatic shop from alot of my law enforcement friends. When I took my truck to the shop, I learned why. Ken had a CHP car and an Oakdale patrol car there. If he is trusted to do their work, I felt I could trust him to do mine. Ken repaired my 2004 Chevy Silverado 1/2 ton. The serpentine belt and water pump needed replacement. Ken was a no nonsense guy. I have a 2002 Saab that had an extended non-manufacturer warranty. Transmatic did all the warranty work and the great front office took care of all the billing and logistics with the warranty company. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. They replaced my transmission, engine mounts, shocks, struts, springs and took care of some electrical issues. The owner drove to Sacramento to pick up the transmission from the Saab dealer. Being an owner of several Volvos, I am very particular about where I take my cars for repairs and service (yes, Volvos do need repairs sometimes) Anyway, I have been to all the "Volvo Repair Places" and although I have had stellar service by all, Ken at Transmatic Transmission never steers you wrong or trys to sell you something you don't need.
