This place is an absolute joke. Stay away My car has gone from collision to service and back to collision for 18 WEEKS! No one has a clue when it will be done. My cars issue has no sense of urgency to them. Avoid Kyle Tolbert called me a "trouble maker" when I came in to inquire about my cars status. Ten cars over thirteen years and this is how I was treated. All done with Transitowne Kia.
The service department is an absolute joke, the two female manager and assistant managers should be fired because they are horrible at their jobs and scammers. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED. They tried blaming something they did on me and charging me for it yet after proving them wrong and after a long fight it was fixed and of course they tried to get me to pay for it which I won.
