Great experience buying a used car here from Joe. Quick, easy, and very accommodating!
Just moved to the area and needed to get my breaks done. Went to drop it off at the service department and the old guy there basically told me i didn’t have an appointment while i was trying to show him the text message from them. Completely rude and disrespectful when i called him out on it he didn’t care.

Regarding the Service Dept. Do not subject yourself to their disrespect and false statements about your vehicle. They sent me away with no solution, no nothing, after 3 consectutive weekly appointments. My issue was a total safety hazard. The rudness of the Advisors was off the charts. Do not get there before 7:30am, for your 7:30am appt, because the door will not be open. I was scolded because I tried to get in at 7:27am!
