We took our 2022 Pacifica van in for some recall work and it was performed in a timely manner. Service department office people are friendly and courteous.
I had scheduled an appt for a issue with my leased vehicle. Scott, in the service department explained to me what they would be doing while they had the vehicle. I was called a few hours later and given the repair options I had. The part was 9rdered and I was called later that day with an update as to when I could expect to bring vehicle back in for repair.
The service department staff always do fast comprehensive work on my jeep.

Came in with the exact vehicle I was interested in off the website and was excited to drive it and was hopeful to take it home. That’s where I went wrong. I told the salesman Peter the exact car and vin and he gives me the wrong car to test drive and then when I bring the car back before he can even listen to me saying it’s the wrong car he says “well they’re all the same”.
