I have absolutely zero doubts that top notch care lives here. The cair I have received has been great. From check-in, two skillful closure reached by the conclusion of each appointment. Provider and everyone with whom I've interacted has left me assured that I am both seen and heard for who I am as a person one each level at which I had arrived hoping to be seen or heard. And Good grounding.
When my daughter first started going here they were excellent but now they are horrible. She sees a new psychiatrist everytime she has an appointment and then when you pay it still says you owe and you cant log in to see them to get your meds. She has run out several times because they couldn't get it straight. The owner never returns your call and doesn't follow through. They blame it on the new system they have or they blame it on the outside psychiatrist they use. It's them! I'm sick of dealing with it and will be going e... read more
Initial engagement with the intake coordinator was horrible. Please find someone better to handle clients as the first interaction with new clients. She's unprofessional and a poor communicator.
