My experience at Transitions, now HCA South Tampa PHP & IOP was incredibly helpful. Gerald or affectionately known as Gerbear, was my first therapist and he settled me in nicely with his CBT focus, but I went to my second therapist Lara who relied more on DBT as I was dealing with DID.
