I can’t imagine for the life of me how anyone could not like Transitions. They were able to help me with so many problems they do it because they care not because it’s their job. Up and down and up and down with so many aggressive but common mental health problems, from depression and anxiety to substance abuse and disordered eating, Transitions Housing Department and their Full Service Partnership pulled me out of a bad crime zone. My therapist, Meghan Alvarez, helped me push through serious comorbidities and turn my life around in ways that countless other specialists over the last ten years could not.
