Caring, compassionate, professional, and extremely helpful
I can't recommend Transitions Hospice of Bay City enough. We were blindsided by our loved one's stage 4 diagnosis with weeks to live. Transitions came in and were so caring for her and for the entire family. They are a wealth of knowledge and helped in ways we could not have foreseen needing help. Our loved one did not want strangers helping but she quickly warmed up to Marti and Crystal - who took such loving care of her. Transitions and their employees provided so much comfort and support for me and my family during my husband’s bout with cancer in January. They were with us to the end of his life and after. For my husband, the Nurses, Social Worker, and person who came to clean him were outstanding! I would highly recommend them to anyone going through hospice!
