Canceled on me 10 min before my appointment, after I had already arrived. Very disappointing.
Utter disregard for their patients. Scheduled an appointment, gave them my credit card so they could charge me cancellation fees, spent an hour filling out paperwork, then the night before they called to confirm my appointment and again threaten me with cancellation fees if I don't show up. 90 minutes prior to my appointment I get a cancellation notice with zero explanation as to why. Thoughtless intake. 5 days to get an IOP intake and it had to be rescheduled because of a new EHR system. 7 days for a med appointment. I had 4 email and 4 text reminders for 2 appts. There were 2 emails about the EHR, how would I know? 10 different communications about 2 appts after filling out an hours worth of intake paperwork. My kid was put through a lot answering personal questions. The intake therapist flippantly suggested we'd have to redo the intake forms. My kid was in tears after we hung up. Very easy, fast and good experience felt heard
Great experience, super professional but not in a way that many other mental health professionals are that make you feel like they can’t relate. Highly recommend this place and their staff.
