I cannot say enough good things about Lindsey, my recently assigned Therapist. I've only had a few sessions with her thus far. However, she has from the start presented a very welcoming, and safe environment allowing me to freely express my feelings, and emotions without fear of judgement. My son has been a patient of Nurse Practitioner Nina Ling for nearly a year, and unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. One of the most concerning moments occurred when my son, who was 9 years old at the time, expressed suicidal thoughts. As a parent, I was terrified and looking for guidance, support, and resources. Absolutely would not recommend. Staff was helpful, however the billing department stated it was 100% covered and has now been taking unauthorized amounts out of our FSA account months after the program is done, stating “claims weren’t completed yet”. Over $1400 drained out of our accounts when we were just trying to get our daughter help. Would never recommend. Billing department completely unhelpful and taking no accountability for their staff’s blatant lies.
