Signed up for the Employee Assistance Help opportunity through my workplace that allows an employee 3 free mental health sessions. Went through the helpline for local references for therapists. They directed me to this place. I was given a pre screening consultation over zoom with a staff member who was new and didn't have many answers to my questions.
