During the late stages of my dad getting sick and needing a nurse present for comort care, Kelsey H was the one who was present for my dad and making sure he was receiving all the care that he needed. While the family was preparing for the absolute worse thing to happen to us, she was there every single step of the way and made sure each family member felt heard, and was there with a listening ear and shoulder to cry on. My husband passed last year of cancer. Cassi & Kelsey were our caregivers! They gave the BEST care to my husband and they made the whole process more bearable with their compassion and excellence care. I 100% recommend Transitions and Cassi & Kelsey as your caregivers!! They are the BEST!! 🥰
My husband has been in Transitions Hospice care for only a short time, but I like the service very much. They have all made a point to let me know how I can reach them, should anything come up. The nurse, who checks on my husband, calls me and gives me updates. I really appreciate the updates. My husband likes all of the caregivers that have came to see him. The best hospice care around. The nurses were so kind and caring. I recommend Transitions to everyone who has asked me who helped me when my husband was dying at home. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
