This place is one big fire hazard! The building lacks ventilation, the smoke alarms are incredibly sensitive that shower steams sets them off. I had that happen twice this month. I filed a complaint after the first time and I doubted they did something about it. (If you look through closely, you can see the fire brigade) The staff are bad at their jobs they can't communicate and they deny any wrongdoing. Staff like to do 60 in a 50 zone, when I approached to tell them to slow down in my street, they told me to put it in writing. When telling the staff member they were speeding "I was only doing 60, I'm allowed to do 60" no mam, you're not. It is 50 legal speed, in built up areas. To the lady who answered the door and told me, me kids shouldn't be out the front playing. Why not? They're kids, outside playing is where they should be.
