They helped our son a lot, but his therapist left for another job.
They wrongfully terminated 2 black female employees, ones with no prior offenses, without warning. Was literally fired for requesting a liveable wage by filling out a form that was made readily available to every employee on the company intranet. Be wary of accepting a job here.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! NOT WORTH A SECOND OF YOUR TIME!
If you have any other options for services, I would recommend that!! The problem lies with the front desk staff who are completely unwilling to provide anything that resembles customer service. The counselors have actually been amazing for my child, but between the front desk making any sort of paperwork a HUGE issue, and the psychiatrist who thought it would be ok to take a WEEK to bring the prescription for PSYCH MEDS, which led to a hospitalization, I will be switching my psych services as soon as possible.
This is the THIRD time that they have canceled my appointment with NO NOTICE. I only know it was canceled because I had to GO to the office because my psychiatrist didn't call me for our virtual appointment, and the office wouldn't pick up the phone. I go to the office and they say that she had to cancel it and they say "oh you should have gotten a text" and i didn't. I needed my medicine refilled and bumped up and now I get to be depressed AND have withdrawals. I hate this place.
