The nurses that provide the help say they will be there on certain days and certain number of times do not show up as they say they will
Nurses never show on time. Patient was approved for 60 days of service and the nurse has only shows up once every other week instead of the 2 times a week. Avoid this company at all costs. They are ok to leave patients hanging waiting and never call them to let them know that they won't be showing up for the day. Even the supervisory nurse has lied to us..
Ginger is one of the best home health RP that I have ever worked with. She is very efficient and her team takes good care of patients at home.
Easy to work with staff. Mike is awesome
