They are AWEFUL! We deal with dialysis patients. They will drop off a patient, knowing an approximate time that the patient should be picked back up. Patients often have to wait a few hours to be picked back up, after having just been in a treatment with no food, drink, etc for over 4 hours. And 2 staff members have to stay until all patients have gone home, after already working 12-14 hours, which costs our company lots of money. Had never had an issue with this company til last week. I guess the guy was a new driver. He was so careless in his driving. He took all back streets from Peachtree st to Bankhead. He hit a pot hole so hard I bounced up in my chair and hit my head neck and shoulder. His response was that there was nothing he could do. HE DID NOT EVEN STOP! HE KEPT GOING. Then has the audacity to get on the phone and talk about how he should not be driving this late. He shouldn't be driving at all. I cut my trip short just so I could get home... read more
