The staff (Rochelle & Ryan) have been attentive. They respond quickly and great communication. I highly reccomend looking into living arrangements at Transit Point. Its war, clean & comfortable. Great atmosphere and plenty to do.
What an amazing place to live! Begin each day with Coffee and Conversation. Each day someone new comes through to join the conversation. Tuesday is Gardening tools at work. The patio is simply gorgeous. Or stop by Coloring & Craft Club. Not to mention Bingo, Dinners, and Birthday celebrations. Lastly, our TRANSIT MAFIA has been born at every Bills game. This is just a peek.
My husband and I have been here just under a year and love the quiet, well maintained complex. I love the area to walk and enjoy the wildlife deer, ducks and even the geese sitting on our balcony. We watched a heron at the pond with the babies the patio is wonderful the garden club does a great job. The residents are nice and welcoming. Rochelle and Ryan are very helpful and Chris is wonderful driving us to store and unloading all our groceries very respectful. We call this home!

My husband and I have lived here 8 years and enjoy the people, activities, and the management right now is the best we have had. Our maintenance man Ryan is so very helpful with all the needs of the people here. We can't say enough about him and Rochelle our manager. They are both easy to get along with.
