Well managed and maintained. Clean secure. Looked at 10 others before signing. Every Thing I had on my list
Love this place. Very comfortable. Lots of aaamenities. Property manager is excellent. She is very much concerned with welfare of the tenants. My first experience with renting. Maintenance man is a workhorse constantly trying to keep the tenants happy with the service they are getting. All in all we are very happy here, Enjoy the weekly activities and monthly catered dinner, planned by the social committee.
I have been at Transit Pointe Senior apartments for 20 months. I am completely satisfied with my decision to move here. The location is perfect, close to all kinds of shopping including grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Some within walking distance. Maintenance is prompt and friendly as well as thorough. The community is excellent. As well as the staff.
Been here over 3 years now. Ryan has been very helpful regarding maintenance and replaced my showerhead after my operation. Chris is a wonderful driver and makes sure we are safely on and off the bus. He escorts us if needed to our apartments with groceries. Ryan and Chris are great assets to the property and I enjoy my interactions with them both.
