Poor service. My mother had her truck inspected and tires rotated.she came home complaining about noises. Lucky I found the wheels lugs were only finger tigh, if that. Please consider making sure this doesn't happen to any other customers as I'd hate to hear someone getting hurt over something so simple. 😕 2016 gmc sierra 1500.
