AAA dispatched them to my car for an unattended tow. They were extremely unprofessional and rude and refused to tow my car. It has been over 12 hours and my car is still on side of road. This company is horrible the tow drivers are nasty and rude and I would never use their services. Then they told AAA that we were rude and refused to deal with us. I am disgusted they need to be shut down.
Terrible customer service. I spoke with the owner and he told me to bring the car on Wednesday to look at it. I’m here at 9am as google says it opens and the place is closed. On top of that the owner hung up on me. Don’t take your to this unprofessional place.
