When you have an appointment, I get that it may have to be adjusted a little bit. But 2 hours after is unacceptable. Thats bad time/appointment management. Don't expect your appointment to be met on-time. They don't understand that they're wasting customers time/money.

RecommendedThis place *rocks*. Bronco Motors Nissan offered an aftermarket protective film when I purchased my 2011 Xterra. I remember at the time checking a number of other rigs on the lot and being impressed with the quality and consistency, so I purchased the package, and it has kept the front of my car looking like new for 80K miles. A few months ago I noticed that the film on the fog lights was turning brown.
