Ditto to the review from Polly Cee! I have been a patient for more than 50 years and had nothing but impeccable experiences. The Franciscan management has been shameful. Home with a broken arm I spent 2weeks on hold trying to get my prescriptions refilled, as the portal was not working. I left my phone on hold for hours every day, and occasionally selected the “we will call you back and keep you in the queue” option, there was no call back ever.
