I’m an NDIS Support Coordinator and I was throughly impressed with the Social Worker that Transforming Life Change assigned to a client of mine. She drew on her knowledge of the housing market and was able to navigate it, which resulted in him securing accomodation quickly. She worked excellently with all the stakeholders. This client was in a dangerous situation and her action based approach really turned his life around for the better.

Absolutely appalling service. The therapist ceased services without my knowledge to my mother who suffers schizophrenia because they did not have the skills to build an effective therapeutic relationship with her and could not manage or have the skills to manage her psychosocial disability which is what this service is actually for. This is why it is called psychotherapy for individuals who cannot communicate effectively. They did not contact me to discuss or collaborate. Very disappointing as my mother enjoyed the art work ... read more
