I had a bit of a mix-up with my job- the crew cut down trees I wanted to keep and left plants I wanted removed in my back yard. I texted the owner early in the morning the next week and he responded right away (didn’t make excuses!) and had someone out to fix it within the hour. Then, on top of fixing everything, he showed up with a gorgeous planter and potted flower in my favorite color just to make it right. Completely unnecessary and so thoughtful. I had a huge tree cut down and this service did a fabulous job. They were careful. got it cut down and cleaned everything up and it looked great! I wouldnt have anyone else after having them! Thank you for such a great job! patricia courtney
