I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Transformative Health with Dr. Hegewald. I did not come in seeking a complete overhaul of my existing ADHD diagnosis, which had already been confirmed by two separate medical professionals. Instead of providing compassionate medication management, Dr. Hegewald spent the session questioning my diagnosis and presenting outdated medical information. Over the last 8-10 months me and Dr. Lessman has been doing Ketamine Infusion therapy, and as happy as I am that the time has come, I'm also very sad that I might have had my last appointment this week due to the overwhelming success of the treatments. Will be handling this further and leaving another future review, but I highly recommend you stay far away from this place. I was told contradicting information about my insurance all summer so I switched to pay out of pocket (which was insane), filed my superbills with my insurance to get reimbursed, my reimbursement was sent to Transformative via electronic deposit back in September for July-Sept appointments, and they refused to pay me.
