RecommendedOMG, First if all.... THANK YOU TO MY TEAM AT THE WEIGHT LOSS AND SKIN CLINIC.. Today i can say i stuck to the plan and, WE MADE IT HAPPEN... YES !!!!!!!!!! I Forgot what it was like to feel good and sexy. .. My lady looks at me in amazement and my performance, lets just say has improved now that i am can breathe better.... I went from 335 to to 245 and at 6 foot 3 ... ITS NICE TO LOOK DOWN AND SEE MY THINGY......... IM DONE.. BUT I KNOW I HAVE TO CONTINUE TO WORK HARD TO GET THE RESULTS I WANT...
