In May 2024, I was looking for a gym. I hadn’t worked out in years and had gained a lot of weight. I had toured a couple of them and decided I was going to start working out at the YMCA. Then I just so happened to have lunch with a friend and she told me about Transformations and how she wanted to go there. She suggested I try them. They had personal trainers and free consultations. I absolutely love Tansformations!! This is my second round of working out with Heather and her trainers.. I love my current coaches Pomai and Joanne!! And Garrett keeps me on track with my diet!! I am literally transforming my body in my dream body and I couldn’t do it anywhere else!! So thankful for this place!!

I have been consistently going to Transformations for 6weeks now and it has been life changing. I have lost about 4.7% body fat within those 6 weeks. I never thought it was possible but, because of the transformations coaches and their support & guidance I achieved what I thought was impossible. All I can say is, I only wish I started sooner.
