Not only did the person who didn't introduce themselves to me, to me that I am too dark for the procedure, took my $$$and won't give it back...whoever this was, trying to tattoo my undereye area put me in excruciating pain. First of all, run!! and run fast!!! I went here for a eyeliner. I was so excited I found a SPECIAL on FACEBOOK. I paid over the phone. Went in for my scheduled appointment. The lady, came to the reception area to get me.No ' HELLO". No acquaintance of a name..She took me to the room. I layed on the table. She told me that she was going to numb the area.
