Barbara is a master at finding muscular and skeletal problems that cause pain and then using her skillful hands to relieve the pain. She knows how to give a supremely relaxing massage as well, but I will always choose her pain relief massages, because the benefits last.

This was one of the most effective massages I have had, coming from a recent massage school graduate with lots of experience receiving. Barbara is effective and intentional in every movement. Deep pressure, effective touch, and excellent at identifying root issues. Her training in osteopathy and treatment massage come through in the techniques used and style of bodywork.
