A gentle, kind and thoughtful counselor. He shared valuable study materials and helped us build better communication skills. Our conversations are much healthier because of Keith's guidance.
Mr. Henson has been great from the very start of our communication with a laid out plan. He follows a structure but will let you vent if needed then fit your comments back into the work at hand. Highly recommend.
Michael’s approach to mental health therapy is structured and concise. Right off the bat, he inquired what my main issues were and laid out necessary steps to take. He also assigned me homework, which was beneficial in taking accountability and action to improving my mental health.
