Mr. Henson has been great from the very start of our communication with a laid out plan. He follows a structure but will let you vent if needed then fit your comments back into the work at hand. Highly recommend.
Michael’s approach to mental health therapy is structured and concise. Right off the bat, he inquired what my main issues were and laid out necessary steps to take. He also assigned me homework, which was beneficial in taking accountability and action to improving my mental health.
I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed talking with Dr Henson. He helped me understand how I felt and what to do with my feelings. Anyone looking for a therapy session that feels like just talking with a friend, look no farther . Becky
