If I could leave NO stars, I would. Came here after brushing past a sea urchin when I was snorkeling. A wave pushed me into a sea urchin and I have 15 spines DEEPLY embedded in my hand and foot. I was crying, shaking, inconsolable and a level 10+ pain. When I got back to the room to be examined, the provider came in and didn’t even ask my name or what happened before stating: “this is an urgent care, we cannot prescribe narcotics”…. I called today and had an appt scheduled for primary care. I went in and they told me I had to redo the process of being a primary care patient because Rhonda retired. So I asked if I could get an urgent care appt and they said yes. They asked what I wanted to be seen for and I told them I’d been having some postpartum issues (hormone imbalance causing heart palpitations). I was on vacation and needed a timely TB test for work. They said it was a flat fee $50 out of pocket, no insurance needed. The in office experience was good, I paid the $50 and I thought that was the end of it. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail requesting the same $50 self pay TB test payment, plus $39.20 office visit, plus $56 for intradermal test.
