I called today and had an appt scheduled for primary care. I went in and they told me I had to redo the process of being a primary care patient because Rhonda retired. So I asked if I could get an urgent care appt and they said yes. They asked what I wanted to be seen for and I told them I’d been having some postpartum issues (hormone imbalance causing heart palpitations). Super friendly, knowledgeable staff.
I was on vacation and needed a timely TB test for work. They said it was a flat fee $50 out of pocket, no insurance needed. The in office experience was good, I paid the $50 and I thought that was the end of it. A few weeks later I get a bill in the mail requesting the same $50 self pay TB test payment, plus $39.20 office visit, plus $56 for intradermal test.
