Excellent all around. Knowledgeable trainer, great equipment, great facility. Signed up my teenage son who plays baseball to aid in his development, and then I decided to join. The progress has been WAY better than I thought it would be. I've been to many different gyms over the years, but the information and programming we get from Ryan is a game changer.
