Terrible process! I don't know how good their therapists are because I never got that far. Their intake process is the worst. Between me and my insurance company, we called the place and left voicemails at least a half-dozen times. Not one response to a phone call or voicemail. I heard from their intake coordinator by email, but she was never aware of any voicemails.
