Jen helped me out a lot when I was going through a lot of different life transitions at once. She is one of those therapists that people can spend years trying to find. You can tell she has done a lot of the work herself, she practices what she preaches/teaches. She is the gold standard for what a therapist should embody. Fantastic broadcast and a lot lighter and more to make you feel the way to get off the damn gurl of your own life and I partially feel the same shit as I am in my life isn't the only one are you and me to be honest.
