I can't recommend Jen highly enough. Few practitioners have her depth and breadth of experience. Her therapeutic skills are only matched by her geniune warmth and empathy. She also offers many experiential modalities outside of traditional talk therapy. Jen is a gem!
Absolutely love Jen. She is easy to talk to, so smart and just has a great disposition about her. Her practice offers multiple options of extra things you can do outside of the traditional talk therapy centered around women, community and healing. I would highly recommend her.

Jen helped me out a lot when I was going through a lot of different life transitions at once. She is one of those therapists that people can spend years trying to find. You can tell she has done a lot of the work herself, she practices what she preaches/teaches. She is the gold standard for what a therapist should embody.
