I've watched both my daughter and son do this amazing sport for years now. So when Darla started up one for just woman I was like ok I wanna try this. So my daughter and I started it last night. It was absolutely amazing. I had so much fun and all the woman there were awesome and made me feel.so welcome. I would do recommend this to any teens or woman out there to give a try. So happy I did.
My daughter just finished an awesome Self-Defense for Teen Girls class with Darla! She came home and showed us the techniques she learned. It was a great class to build her self-confidence!
