I have been using the Wayfinder app as a school bus driver for several months. I do not find it intuitive and from what I hear from staff that works with representatives from trans finder. The technical liaisons do not have a very good understanding of what is needed as well. The primary issues are being able to use the services in a timely manner, ability to correct mistakes without additional staff. Students ID’s at times will not scan and the software itself needs to be revised to allow for inevitable errors.
ServiceFinder: Trying to gat assistance for seven days no one follows up . Called 3 times . Not happy . Unhappy with that kind of service.
I expected this to be a dating app, very disappointed
A wonderful place to work!
Very cumbersome software. Not very user friendly. Maps are not kept up to date requiring us to draw in streets after they've been there for over a year. We're currently looking to replace this software for something different
