The reviews are spot on!!! They have people to answer the phone when you call just to leave a message for someone who never calls back. It's like human answering machines in a digital world. Why waste a pay check on useless man power. If they can answer the phone then they should be of some help. They have more human answering machines then actually people that can help. This company has provided extremely poor service. I have been attempting to transfer my shares to my broker for nearly two months, and I have yet to receive a response. When I call, someone answers, takes my details, and I never receive a callback. This is unacceptable. I am losing money daily due to the delay. No one responds to emails, and there are no clear timelines for when the shares will be transferred.
This is the worst transfer company I've ever dealt with. Read the other reviews... I whole heartedly agree. They cost all of us thousands of dollars. The transfer process from my past experiences should take days NOT weeks. I have filed an official complaint with the SEC and suggest that all others do the same. Something doesn't smell right here.
This company (if it exists) is the worst! I have been trying to transfer some stock out to my broker. We have filled out 1 form after another which takes hours. Neither I nor my broker can get in contact with these folks and have heard nothing after multiple calls and emails. They simply will not get back to you. We check and recheck the paperwork. What a scam
