This is the worst transfer company I've ever dealt with. Read the other reviews... I whole heartedly agree. They cost all of us thousands of dollars. The transfer process from my past experiences should take days NOT weeks. I have filed an official complaint with the SEC and suggest that all others do the same. Something doesn't smell right here.
This company (if it exists) is the worst! I have been trying to transfer some stock out to my broker. We have filled out 1 form after another which takes hours. Neither I nor my broker can get in contact with these folks and have heard nothing after multiple calls and emails. They simply will not get back to you. We check and recheck the paperwork. What a scam

I have been trying to reach out to ANYONE in regards to transferring my stocks to my broker after the company I have shares in went public, but no one answers the phone. No answers emails. Does anyone even work there?!
WORST stock transfer company ever. Incompetent and understaffed. Took over a month for me to get shares after a company went public and I lost thousands in value. Terrible customer service that violates SEC guidelines too. They never respond to emails or voice messages. Even E*Trade customer support couldn't believe how bad this company is.
