I usually don't have a problem, but I agree that they make it unnecessarily hard to drop off waste in a rented vehicle. They make you find someone to "escort" you in the "approved" vehicle. Very silly to tie proof of residency to a vehicle. Had a mini split system they were charging me an extra fee for, but there was demonstrably no refrigerant in it. Trying to reason with them is like conversing with a wall.
Workers were curt and did not like to be questioned. They insisted I had to be able to show vehicle registration address as valid proof of residency. Even though the RMV does not mail you a new registration for an address change, and they also do not require you to get a new license for just an address change. you can just write it on the back of both your existing documents if you change it online. Waited 10 minutes before any one came over to assist. Frustrating when something that should be a stick in and out takes way too long.
