I delivered from here before with no problems, I have only one address that I use on AliExpress (the app I used to ship my package) which is my current address. onto of that the package its self has the address on it and yet it was sent to wrong address

I own a business and unfortunately fraud sometimes happens. These guys aren't the fraudsters. They are just a freight forwarding company. They don't even know what's in the packages. They just get them to their customers that are all over the world. If you do ever ship and your customer has you ship to these guys keep your tracking info and the customer order info. Transexpress, can you help me recover a package from a company named SpeedX who’s been holding down my package at their designated facility since June 27, in Miami? Designation for my package is Miami, so I don’t understand how I still has not been delivered yet?! Today is July 20 and there is no package.
