I love Transexpress and you've always provided me exemplary service for my deliveries here in Ecuador. My complaint is with Laarbox, who you employ to deliver packages here in Quito. The time it takes Laarbox to deliver packages here is horrendous and totally unacceptable. If you get an order with an address to this place CANCEL IT. I just had a guy try to buy a phone from me on eBay and send it to this address, thankfully the other reviewers warned me.
