We traveled to the Dominican Republic and booked Transekur transportation online for our family of four. We needed transportation from the airport to our hotel and back to the airport on our departure day. Although it was slightly more expensive than other options, we chose Transekur because we knew others who had used their services. Arriving in Punta Cana was chaotic. We booked them and agreed to pay the extra for a fast and quality service. They never showed up despite confirmation of such. We lost an hour trying to find them even with the help of locals, we had to take a bus and ended up arriving 2 hours late at our resort. To late to even have diner before going to bed...I would not recommended them at all. Unreliable unfortunately. Avoid the frustration

We used Transekur for shuttle from the Santiago airport to our Puerto Plata hotel. We paid online before leaving but one day before the trip we were emailed that the trip would cost an additional $80 USD. They would not adhere to the website rates. I tried to get another transfer but it was too late so had to pay. The driver who was supposed to pick us up sent his brother-in-law instead and he didn't know where our hotel was so got us lost for an additional 30 min. I really enjoyed my drivers. I booked a round-trip transfer for both days to and from the airport. I really enjoyed my first transfer Carlos Luis. He was very nice and made sure I was ok throughout my stay. Carlos got me from the airport and to my resort which was about 35 minutes away safely. I will make sure I recommend Carlos every time I come and visit.
